Thank you to the 59 contributors who shared their feedback on the Antenno app. Your comments have helped us understand what's working and what needs to change.

Here's what we learned:

• People use the app frequently - 39% said they use Antenno a few times a week, while 29% use it daily.
• Top interests include roadworks (88%), weather warnings (85%), and local events (83%) - we'll make sure we keep posting about these topics.
• The notifications are useful - 96% of people found notifications useful, with 58% rating them as "very useful."
• Notification frequency is about right - 87% felt the number of notifications was "just right."
• The app is easy to use - 90% of people rated the app as "very easy" to use.
• People recommend the app - 80% would "definitely" recommend Antenno to others and the other 20% said they would probably recommend it.

Reporting with Antenno

The 'Report It' feature needed some work - 44% of people have used it, while 14% were unaware of it.

Among those who used the 'Report It' feature, 65% were satisfied or very satisfied with the responses while eight people were dissatisfied. Their comments highlighted that they weren't receiving updates about their reports in the app.

Solution: We investigated our administration control panel and found a feature that hadn't been set up when Antenno was originally launched. This has now been fixed and in future you should receive updates in the app to track the proress of your reports as shown in the image.
