The people are very friendly, and generous. Masterton has a nice small town feeling. The newer shops are a real asset.

Surely we can do better with our cycling paths in town.

Countryside. Skyscapes. Ranges. Henley Lake. Park. Cycle path alongside Waipoua. Easy parking and access. Mt Holdsworth.

The amount of trees throughout the town and on the streets. Our lovely park. Good sporting and recreation opportunities.

The scenery .

Masterton has a great climate and its easy to get around town without using public transport. I loved the town hall.

Queen Elizabeth Park. Roundabouts on major intersections instead of traffic lights. Easy commute to Wellington or to Palmerston North.

Kahungunu and Rangitāne, great cafes, excellent park for manuhiri, UCOL,

It’s got everything you need and it only takes a few minutes to get somewhere.

Need off road cycle tracks that are lengthy so older people can stay fit and not get hit by irresponsible drivers. Present ones are useless

add a mini kids waterpark to east side field for our kids create it so it tells the story of WAIRARAPA.just a whakaaro.

Instead of a new town hall make it a community marae

perhaps more water pressure for the fountain in front of the vanishing Town Hall. Currently, a sad testament indeed

upgrade the train service to Wgtn. Lift focus and confidence in local. Council planning department needs a reboot

Too many similar shops, down roads from one another like beauty salons, nail bars. Clean signage shop fronts too needed

I would make Masterton much more inviting and friendly for very wealthy folk to live here and to have their businesses headquartered here.

I would more than halve the size of the council organization so that people can be free to organize things as they want for themselves.

I would change the council. They should do less with much less of our money. I would make it easier for people to do things for themselves

Create māra kai for the community, transform the town centre into a market style area so local businesses can share their wares

Lime scooters and Ubers.
